We had a delightful time at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious and satisfying. The staff members were knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and spoke English very well. The location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! This hotel has the best views and in walking distance to at least 4 shopping centers. This hotel was beyond clean , it was immaculate! With restaurants connected and a 711! Also had a money converter in the lobby! This hotel gets a 20/10 ! It goes above and beyond for guest! Thank you so much Pier 8! You are appreciated

Great location- water views & set in a nice precinct. Shopping, good restaurants close by. Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was very good, nice selection & the staff were friendly & ensured they provided plenty of tea or coffee & refills. All staff from check in to the guys at front desk outside hotel were super friendly & professional. Nothing was a problem for the staff to ensure your stay was enjoyable Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. Definitely recommend Intercontinental Pier 8.

The hotel is was impressive in great location close to restaurants and activities. The staff could not have been more helpful the service was outstanding. We really enjoyed stay and would definitely return for a longer stay next time.
