Hermando was incredible! He assisted with check in and luggage (stairs). He communicated quickly on all inquiries and was generally very informative. When we arrived he shared that the hot water was being repaired and then gave us an update when it was ready. Our room (#1) was spectacular and well appointed. It was surprisingly quiet overlooking Piazza Navona. Ideal closet storage, blackout drapes, Nespresso and fresh water. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!!

Piazza Navona is the perfect lodging location in Rome and this is a great place to stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful staff- all around perfect hotel to be at as a base for your Rome visit

This place is amazing ! The room was super clean ! The location speaks for itself! I was in Europe for a week and this was one of our favorite locations . We will be booking again !
