Great location at a reasonable price. Parking for your bike right at the entrance. An easy walk from the train station and a walkable location for nightlife, temples, and everything in between.. The staff was great.

Property appears to have been let go in terms of maintenance for several years. Mould in shower, loose shower door handle, water damaged ceiling, tv initially not connected, general wear and tear. Skeleton staff did their best to resolve day to day issues. Location is fine for walking to night market etc.

Lot's of shops nearby, and food markets withing 7 to 8 mins walk.
Great shower room , and the large bed was luxuriously slightly soft. So comfortable.

This hotel was good enough that I extended my stay for another four nights. My major criticism is that their wifi is rather terrible. The router is outside my room's door, but it continually conks out.

I extended my stay by a few nights, so I really didn't have to do much. The staff is great.
The hotel is a litlte on the older side, but the pool is amazing.

Pretty much as expected for the price. Very clean, but very old and worn.
Good location for walking to the local bars and down to the beach. 3 min walk to nightmarkets.
No tea/ coffee making facilities in the building, you have to go out to get your morning caffine lol.

Bé Property is old but OK for overall.
WiFi is extremely poor. The water in the shower room doesn't drain and accumulates on the floor.
