We had a great 5 night stay. Many thanks to Andrew at the reception for patiently sorting out the external street noise by changing our room, it made our holiday just brilliant. All personnel of the hotel were lovely and attentive. The room was cleaned spotless every day, top quality equipment in the room. Good location, great views, food store downstairs, plenty of options for breakfast cafes. Many thanks, it was a great stay. A feedback to management - consider removing old dirty carpets in the bedroom. Those carpets appear to be not cleanable due to being old and worn. The floor is nice parket and would be better and easier to keep clean without the awful carpet.

It is a very modern and clean room. An art museum and a symphony hall are within walking distance, and it is also close to the shopping center at Potsdamer Platz, making it extremely convenient.

I love our studio, very comfortable, nice shower and comfortable bed. We were without internet the last 12 hrs of our stay, no happy with this situation, we are living in 2025 ! Come on ! Regarding the location, I think that near Alexander platz is a better option because is near the majority of attractions. Lady at the desk should know how to get to the main train station or to the airport, is a classic question from guests.

Fantàstic
Lovely, clean, sophisticated modern studio. Kitchenette was will equipped, with dishwasher and nespresso machine. Washer/dryer was working well. Dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules were provided. Quality Rituals toiletries provided. Young chap at reception was all smiles and warm at our arrival. Near U-Bahn station and mall with supermarket and pharmacy. Overall brilliant stay.
