Per sota de la mitjana The property is one step up from a hostel with no air con anywhere other than the rooms, they didn’t want to give us a 2nd key to keep the aircon going while we were out even though it’s 38c here! The power went out, the food options are very limited and they charge for water despite the dangers of using tap water in Vietnam! To top it off my friends room had the air con unit go on fire and they didn’t do anything about it and tried to tell us there was nothing wrong despite us seeing this happen and the room was filled with smoke…. No offer to move, no discount but even an apology was offered!! NEVER STAY THERE ITS ACTUALLY DANGEROUS!!
