Wifi was horrible, keep kicking us out. Other than that the room works well for the short 2 days stay and convenient to get to places in walking distance

Bé The hotel overall is great except it's quite far from restaurants, or shopping mall, or even just 7-11.
Price is fair, room is neat, staff are friendly, great sense of country side if living there.

Do not be fooled by the nice photos online. Very poor service & very bad location deep in small road. The hotel advertised free transport to MRT, turn out only one way on the way out, we struggled with finding a taxi to come back from the main road & waited 1hr for their tuktuk one rainny night because it was sent to a shop & cannot be reached by phone. Reception was unhelpful when asked to call for taxi or any kind of public transport to go out. We had complained about defective water heater in the shower, they sent someone to check & found out it was broken so I asked to be moved to another room and the reception wanted to charge me the cost of water heater while we only checked in a few hrs ago & hadn't used it. The bed was super hard. I felt like I slept on concrete floor. To top it all.off, at checked out I remembered I left a bag of goodies on the first room as we've been moved, so I asked for lost n.found just to.find out the house keeper ate my goodies & it never been reported as lost & found. They claimed no.one asked for it after 2 days so they ate it. Sooo unprofessional. I.Will never come.back here ever again & I will.not recommend this hotel.to.anyone.

Per sota de la mitjana It was fine...but it's in the middle of nowhere...got an Uber everday...quite expensive as traffic to get to and from Q space normally not great any time morning lunchtime arvo night...bad bad traffic. Nice thai lady at reception...nothing much close to Q Space...in the wop wops...in the middle of nowhere
