We had a short but lovely stay at the Hotel Nikko. The rooms were clean and spacious and the club access was nice (although the food options were a bit limited compared to other hotels). The sushi restaurant in the hotel was outstanding!

Very nice property with a caring staff. The only gotcha is outside the building where there were some scary homeless/drug addled people. In fairness, Nikki staff was helpful in guiding our group. Nice lobby and breakfast area are very positive, as was the service. Check in and out, easy! We traveled with 10 to 14 aged kids and they enjoyed the pool very much.

Please be aware that both Hotel Nikko and Expedia are managed by an AI Bot and are unable to use Human Intervention to correct a mistake. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and when my plans changed, I wanted to add an extra day. So 10 days in advance of my reservation I was sent to aBot and asked to add an extra day. The bot said there was no way to do this and asked if I would like to cancel my existing reservation. I said yes so it canceled and said my account had been charged and there was no refund. Hotel Nikko has a no refund policy. So I called Expedia and asked thst the reservation be restored and the Human Agent said there was no way to do that. Then I called Hotel Nikko and asked a Human to reinstate the reservation and they said they had no way to do that and no record of the reservation. So stay away from the Nikko Hotel and Expedia since Bots are managing both establishments and Humans can not override any AI decision.

It was a good option. The room was comfortable and had nice ammenities. I was surprised that the restaurant was tiny and served a very small Menu of “sushi”. Was not impressed by the food unfortunately. The breakfast was nice and good sausage but not on the level of the price.

We booked this on a whim as we were passing through SF with our four kids, and we were SO happy with our decision. The hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff were very professional and friendly. The indoor pool area is definitely a highlight as well.
