DONT BOOK HERE!!!! WARNING!!! Called Expedia every other day to see if they could help me get out of this property and they weren’t able to help. I flew over 20 hours to go to Thailand and book this hotel based off of the amenities and photos. Pool is dirty and there is not a rooftop bar. They are using old pictures from six years ago and I have told Expedia that but they still have this property on here. Mattress feels like a boxspring, and if you don’t have a room with the balcony, you’re going to feel like you’re in jail I have so much more I have to say, but I’m over it and may have to deal with it legally.

Good location but due to the Renovation to hotel next door a lot of hammering drilling noise echoes throughout the block.had to relax.rooms OK Wi-Fi good.breakfast OK.

Genial I have stayed at Patong Hemingways for many years now, and I have always found everything about this Hotel to be superb. But on this occasion my room was downgraded but without any discount.
Not a huge concern, just a little disappointing, especially when the Hotel was not booked out.
I would not hesitate to stay there again, but would hope for a better outcome on getting what you pay for.
