It was unlivable, there was water on the floor dirty sheets and roaches so we had to vacate the premises without checking in.

La Atención de la recepción fue buena. No obstante los colchones no son cómodos. Los baños no son bonitos. La presentación y estado de la recepción está muy descuidada.

Fantàstic
Rashid and Kelvin were the absolute best hosts! So nice I came back twice. Emerald Palm is the home away from home. Staff are warm and friendly and it's in a great location in Stone Town. Definitely recommend this hotel.
