The hotel is very conveniently located, but you cannot trust gps to get you to the door. Had to drive in reverse to get out of the narrow street ( police are very helpful). Gal at the front desk was not helpful with parking (even though I requested it was not made available. The gentleman in the morning shift was extremely rude. The AC in the room was sub standard (and I mean by Spain standards)

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of many attractions, and restaurants making it an excellent base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantàstic Location was terrific. Balcony view of alcazar with evening full moon and 3 hot air balloons overhead in the morning. Highly recommend

Genial Parking was a major issue until personally speaking with the man working the front desk. He was very kind & helpful in person, I just couldn’t seem to get answers ahead of my arrival concerning parking. He made it right while showing he really cared once seeing him.
The room was from heaven-views overlooking a castle at sunset -Wow!!
