I would not recommend this hotel. It felt like a hostel rather than a hotel. I have a list of complaints with photographic evidence to back up all my concerns. It is not value for money. We stayed in 5 different hotels throughout Japan and this one was by far the worst but also the most expensive. It put a damper on our last 3 days of a wonderful holiday. I have raised a formal complaint with Expedia.

Nice place. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing, they offer the use of a two in one washer/dryer which would have been great, except it wouldn’t dry our clothes so we lost sleep checking it every 30 minutes just to have to go to a near by laundromat in the morning to rewash and dry our clothes. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Amazing location in Ryogoku, walking distance to the train station, out of the way enough that its not crowded and overwhelming but 2 stops away from Akihabara to keep you close enough to a bustling city. Check in process is simple, and the room is great and the amenities are plenty. Free laundry service availible.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Easy check in and great area to stay, not crazy like other areas of Tokyo, quite part of town with great restaurants and Bars
