Allotjat amb amics

Great central place to stay in Fukuoka. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are large and well stocked. Decor is slightly dated and the TV entertainment system was a bit lacking, but otherwise it was a great stay.

The staff were lovely and it was a lovely location. I would not recommend with young children. They had a strict pool height and doesnt allow anyone under the height of 120cm to go in. Our daughter got rather upset as she was just a bit short.

Very nice spacious hotel. Close to nakasu river where the yatai (food) stalls are located. Hotel is also attached to a shopping mall - very convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was good size. The master lighting control for all lights in the room was a bit challenging, located only on one side of bed. Should have separate control for each side of bed, especially reading lamp. We had a great stay, walked everywhere.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The property itself is very tired and in need of a full refurbishment if it is to really be a 5 star hotel. Feels like nothing has been updated in more than 20 years and its quite dark.
