Fantàstic
The staff were beyond amazing and helpful. The room was quite nice. Of course in this area of a city as European and ancient as Rome, the rooms are not huge. That being said this was more than enough space for my daughter and I to repack our suitcases when ours lost a wheel on all the cobblestone! Oh! Big bonus of thanks for the maroon boutique flag up high we could always come back to and see at each approach.

Fantàstic
This was a charming, lovely hotel in Rome! It was close to everything! The breakfast was delivered to the room in a beautiful blue box at your desired time which was sweet. I cannot rave about the staff enough! They were over the top helpful with everything! The hotel is in a high end shopping district that did have a hustle at times but did not affect sleeping hours. I do not think it was wheelchair accessible as you had to go up 5 steps to the elevator.

The room which I paid for suppose to have a bottle of wine. It never was. There was mold in bathroom ( extensive ) see pic The tea kettle was rusty . Toilet seat broken Towel hanger broken Crazy leak from shower. The hand shower had extensive mold The rain head shower was rusted and moldy . Also the taxi stops at the corner due to one way street .

Convenient location in central Rome, close to lots of shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Great AC! Taxis/Ubers will not come to front door given heavy pedestrian traffic, but a taxi stand is a few blocks away. Comfortable beds. Did not provide Hotel.com Gold status perks.

The room was very nice updated modern and the bathroom was great! Decent size for Europe. The room had a ton of mirrors and storage which was great also. My trip got cut short so I was t able to really rate some amenities etc. check in staff was lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Good location also.
