スタッフの方が、とても対応よく心地良かったです。
浴場の更衣室に、髪の毛が多かったのが…ちょっと残念でした。
スリッパを間違われたので、目印か何かあると嬉しいかもしれません。
ドライヤーが、部屋にも設置されているお知らせがあると良いかもしれません。

お世話になれました。フロントの対応も素晴らしく、気持ち良い旅行が出来ました。が、朝夕関わらず大浴場の露天で4-5人が周りに腰湯して大きな声で仲間の話をされていて、露天に入るのができませんでした、男湯の方にも相当聞こえていたようです。宿泊者すべての人が温泉で気持ち良く入れるような最低限のマナーを守ってほしいと思いました、
