The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent accurate

Clean rooms the staff were more then helpful to your needs. Breakfast a good delicious variety. Will be staying again . Cheers

I arrived at the hotel . Late at night by the free pick up provided by the hotel I was greeted with a warm friendly greeting and smile by the 2 reception staff . And was escorted to my room The downstairs room ( i requested as I have disability and mobility problems) was perfect . Although it does not have a window ( this did not bother me at all ) The manager did offer me another room ,but I declined The room was clean ,bright smelled fresh The aircon was brilliant ,TV had numerous channels including English the fridge was cold and Quiet The bathroom had Huge shower sink and toilet All clean fresh and smelt nice The towels beds and toilets tissue and soap water coffee tea etc. Can be replaced daily if you ask for your room to be cleaned The furniture was modern comfortable and the wardrobe space was very good . The inside foyer ,reception and hallways of the hotel were spotless. Clean bright cosy relaxing and welcoming . The housekeeping staff do an amazing job cleaning throughout the day The management and staff are truly excellent and friendly and are ready to assist and advise to make your holiday a success A point to note. There are no swimming pools at this hotel The one featured in the listing's is Decoration only The breakfast is varied with a good selection again with warm welcoming chefs and staff . Nothing is to much trouble for the management and staff to accommodate the guest's requests. It really is a special Hotel

Outside of the city shutting off the water to the entire street for the evening for maintenance, everything went as expected

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay and got my mum a cake for her birthday as we were there for birthday celebrations. They made our stay wonderful throughout and we really appreciated it :)

The property is a great location for the pyramids your breakfast was good. The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Jasmine. Great location, staff were always friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were big. Overall a great stay!

I believe it would be better to watch a video before visiting Cairo. There are many tour guides waiting for visitors, and even if you book in advance, you may still be charged additional fees And its optional but you have to be confidence how to deal with people .

Staff was very friendly room was clean inside corridor was nice. Packed us a breakfast to go because we left for airport before breakfast started. Can step outside and see pyramids. Down fall is it’s right downtown so not the cleanest area outside and airport shuttle is only free if you stay 4 consecutive days which was not stated in Expedia. Nice hot clean showers.

We had a quick staying Jasmine hotel and it was a beautiful place to start our trip to Égypte.
