It is an unmanned hotel without front desk. May not suit for all travelers. Also no lift for this hotel and not suitable for traveler with long trip carrying big luggage. No response from hotel via Expedia message box.

預訂時沒有留意酒店沒有電梯，剛好安排了2樓的房間，我們15天旅程帶了大行李，抬上2樓可想而知有多困難。此外，晚上周圍沒食肆和的士，便利店晚上七點關門，因為早前有熊出沒角館，不敢在黑夜中走十多分鐘去旺區吃飯，捱餓了一夜。

S'ha quedat amb la parella

Very close to train station -30 second walk. But also very quiet no train noise. This is a modern hotel that was a joy to stay in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Kakunodate again. Check in is unmanned so you need your booking number and use the check in machine.
