The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The online check-in is spotty and could use improvements. I would highly recommend this place to others.

It's such a nice little apartment style hotel, and good for family. It is also close to Tsukiji Market and other places. The train station is nearby and accessible. The staff is friendly and able to communicate well.

The room was clean and looked new. The staff spoke excellent English, which helps me who sadly can’t speak Japanese. All the appliances worked well. The pre-check in needs to be streamlined. Has some issues with entering informatiion.

Very near the Hatchobori subway and bus stops. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Would stay there again. Would be better if the TV was at least YouTube accessible.

A great accommodation option, if you like to have the option of cooking breakfast or dinner, and eat at home on a dining table. Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!
