Other than lipstick stains on the available glasses for use in our room, everything was very good.

Great hotel above the Wetherspoons. Staff were so helpful when myself and wife were taken ill helping arrange the same room for a second unplanned night

Carpet was a little sticky in room and tables in the bar need a good wipe down

Hotel is centrally located with great pubs near by. There is no parking on site nor on the streets, hotel will give a discount to park in a lot about 6 blocks away. A bit of an inconvenience but ok unless one cannot walk that well. The one thing that it was surprising was the lack of hygiene cleaning daily like the bathroom; and change of towels was odd as well. Even if one places placard on the door to tidy the room, sometimes not done. Disappointing as we had spent similar days in London and Edinberg the management of rooms was definitely different, more attention to hygiene. Thanks,

Staff very quick to assist especially front desk personnel. Maria our room maintenance person was very helpful and very pleasing.

Lovely property in a central location and close to most attractions. The free tea and coffee at the attached restaurant was a nice bonus. Rooms were well appointed with water, cookies, coffee, tea and hot chocolate refreshed daily. Would definitely recommend. The attached restaurant was nice with reasonably priced food and drink.

We lined the hotel. the room was large and the staff is really friendly and helpful. One thing might be nice if to have a Refrigerator in the room which it does not It was a great stay.
