Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if ever they visit Zurich. They even helped us with parking since we rented a car for the 10 days that we were there. Thank you. I will definitely rate this hotel 10/10.

The property owner was very friendly and delivered us an air conditioner without us having to ask. He just knew that as Americans we were used to having air conditioning. The family room and gave us plenty of room to spread out after a long train ride.

Very friendly and helpful staff - good hotel location, close to the airport yet not far from downtown Zürich. Clean and convenient room, excellent breakfast. Parking is also very convenient, either on the outside lot or underground
