We have booked double rooms and they gave us disability rooms without even informing us, receptionist couldn’t speak English and didn’t want talk to us or resolve the issues, we slept uncomfortably the nights we were there. In the morning I spoke to to the manager of the hotel he didn’t want even apologise very bad hotel I will never recommend to anyone.

I chose this hotel because I was visiting the Saudi Arabia Formula 1 grand prix and the location of this hotel was convenient. It's a reasonable hotel, the reception were friendly when I checked in/out, the price was fine. I had a look at the breakfast but didn't bother trying it. There is tea/coffee in the room and plenty of bottled water, it would be very handy if there were some USB chargers by the bed to charge phones overnight, the hot water system needed an explanation how to operate but it did work following the instructions and allowing it time to warm up. I stayed in the Park Inn in Riyadh and the standard was significantly higher.

Great stay during the F1. I was delayed arriving but they were very accommodating and I had a super fast check in to get me into a spacious room. Beds are firm and pillows good

The Front Desk and staff are very friendly! The hotel is within walking distance from Jeddah Corniche. Mr. Yahya is very kind and polite. I had a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.
