Per sota de la mitjana I came here for one night. The room had a big butterfly upon entering the room. The room is not equipped with anything. AC is blowing hot air in summer. I reported this to the receptionist and they changed the room to me but it was the same AC situation. I was not able to sleep from the hotness inside my room. I was counting the minutes to leave.

I was able to book this hotel last-minute, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good, right across from the train station, and a quick walk to the conference center. Air conditioning worked well. The beds were reasonably comfortable. When I had an issue with my TV, the staff were quick to address and fix it. Thank you! The room was ok otherwise, with a door that was not hung quite straight, so made for a little difficulty in getting in and out of the room. There was no hairdryer, and there only seemed to be 1 for the whole hotel, even though it was supposed to be included. The street noise was very difficult to sleep with the first 2 nights, but I eventually got used to it for the rest of the stay. Overall, a good stay. Nothing fancy, but I felt safe, and the staff really made it nice.

Air conditioning did not work on arrival. Staff were responsive and gave me another room, whilst they looked to fix the air conditioning unit.

C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement.
L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien.
Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to train station, bus station, laundry mat and a short taxi ride to jema n fnaa. The room was clean. The housekeeper was lovely. My only complaint is that we were looking forward to using the swimming pool but it was too cold. There was no one but us and we left within 5 minutes. So disappointing.
