Genial This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater.
It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use.
Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light.
Not a downside, but remember you’re in the city so there may be loud talking (outside) or sirens from time to time.
I would stay again.

getting into the building was horrible. system never took the QR, we finally used the backup number. Had trouble with the room keypad. Found the key in the empty locker two days into the stay - did you know? Rooms were ok.

I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St.
Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can

Genial Besides a few details (there was no comforter in one of the rooms and oven dirty) everything was fine. They managed immediately the situation and was all the time ready to answer, the apartament was perfect for our family, comfortable and with good space. The area is really close to a metro station so really convenient. Thanks.
