This a very good hotel locate in a good area in Tokyo. The hotel is located about a minute away from the Asukasabashi station which is very convenient to access the metro and travel around the city. The area around is very safe and quiet. Many small authentic Japanese restaurant are locate around the hotel with great food. Also, the are many convince stores located close to the hotel. The rooms are good size and clean. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful.

3 minute walk to the closest train station, with a grocery store right across the street and a Lawson’s store immediately to the right of the hotel, location was very convenient.
As a family of four with two kids under 10, the room provided everything we needed. A bunk bed for the kids, king sized bed for the adults. In unit washer/dryer combo was crucial (detergent was complimentary from front desk). Also included was a stove, large fridge, cookware and untensils, drying rack for laundry and plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

Good location next to a local live but beware it’s packed like insta photos packed like n the morning through 9am. Hotel was clean and quiet. No amenities like coffee in the lobby but across the street from a real grocery store.
