Good hotel, comfortable and excellent breakfast . Wasn't clear that you had to put card out on room door handle for room service. Only put out minimal tea bags in room but more could be asked for. Otherwise excellent stay in convenient location.

Beware before you book since the hotel is located next to where the trains pass all the time. Small rooms. Breakfast poor. Will not be returning. Staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t do our room despite we left the sign outside the door.

Clean room, very practical to have the subway and a grocery store right in from. Short walk to Nyhaven and much of downtown. Downsides: I found the trains much harder to sleep with than I expected. I wore noise canceling headphones to bed with classical music playing and took melatonin gummies but you still feel the vibrations in the bed when the train passes. I also had a big suitcase and the staff told me there was no elevator
