Great location, walkable to explore the old town and in great spot to use public transportation and discover Warsaw. This is more of an apartment with convenient location and available breakfast than regular hotel. The reception might be in different building than your room but if that’s the case it’s next door. There is elevator but you need to do some steps before you get to it.

The room is so small that you cannot find enough space to put your carry-on luggage. You have to pay for breakfast, but the food choices are very limited. There is no parking belonging to this hotel, so you have to find a parking on other streets and walk with your luggage to the entrance because GPS does not even show a way to stop at the hotel's entrance.

The location of this hotel is ideal. Close enough to Old Town to feel like you are there but far enough away to be a little quieter.
Room was well laid out and bed was comfortable. Every possible food option is mere steps away.

Amazing hotel! We stayed in the big apartment and it was very comfortable for our family. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. We lived the location!

It’s definitely worth the money and we liked our stay there. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of drains coming from outside, so couldn’t have windows open, but air conditioning came handy. We will definitely consider staying there next time as it’s brilliant location and staff were really fantastic!! Small but lovely bathroom with great shower, very comfortable mattresses for us, clean room and good size fridge. Really worth staying for few days!

Not what I expected. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star as is stated in the Hotel.com. The facility needs some serious upgrade since everything is old and worn. There was a stench in the hallway that was quite unpleasant.
On the plus side the staff was friendly and helpul and the breakfast was quite descent.
