Wow, we were so impressed! Firstly the location is amazing - right next to the Trevi Fountain, we loved walking out late at night and early morning for better views. The room was modern, clean and exactly as per the pictures - very tasteful decor which is rare in Italy. The staff were also amazing - with a special call out to Anastasia who was so accomodating and helpful. Also very good house keeping who attended to our room daily. For the price we paid, this hotel is a real hidden gem.

Amazing

I had an amazingggg stay at Palazzeto Trevi! We were kindly upgraded to a deluxe room and the room was beautiful from the bed, view of the Trevi fountain and the bathroom. Location is absolutely perfect, it’s a 1 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, you have all the food spots at your door step and the main shopping district is also close. Pantheon was just 5 minutes so I would highly recommend staying here. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming, assisted us checking in, showed us how to navigate and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

The room was clean. However, when we checked in, we could not pass thru the door at first because all their cleaning stuffs were in front of our door. In the advertisement it made it looked like a hotel, but it’s just a guest house. No decent lobby (just a tiny hallway) and we couldn’t find the place because the entrance was just a little door…hahaha! It was shocking! Bit there was a guy who helped us and met us in the corner street. This was my first ever shocking experience , because I traveled the world and this place would not be my first choice, if I found out about the place. The location was near the Fountain of Trevi and during rush hours, that street is not passable by a taxi cab or any vehicle, at all. Hotel Academia (1 minute walk away starting the Trevi fountain is in a better location.

The room is nice but a little small. The hotel is in the perfect area just down the street from the Trevi fountain, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There are no amenities in this boutique hotel. They have a small lounge area but with so many things surrounding you, you will not need to stay in.

Great location, staff is very helpful and friendly. Street noise can get quite loud but it comes with the location. Would stay again

10/10 location few steps from the trevi and walking distance from everything else you need to see. The room was great and clean and the bathroom was spacious I was expecting a smaller area. But honestly impressed! This isn’t a 24/7 hotel service it’s very small and the reception is there I believe 7am-7pm. The receptionist was SO SWEET she gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat and it helped so much!! Def recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredible, helping me decorate the room and even following up afterward with great recommendations for places to visit in Italy. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of local shops nearby, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it made for a wonderful stay.
