We had an excellent time on board. Hieu was assigned to help us during our stay, and he was absolutely fabulous and took great care of all our needs. Rachel and Tony were also very friendly and attentive to our questions and logistics. Such a great time on Elite of the Seas!

Service was top notch. Our butler Brian attended to our every need. All the staff for that matter was on top of every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food on board was phenomenal. You really do get what you pay for with these experiences and I had zero complaints. The water was clean when we went in for each excursion, and there was truly nothing like waking up to and being surrounded by those incredible views everywhere you look. Worth every penny.

Having previously been on Elite of the Seas, we decided to share the experience with our family this time, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were showered with top-notch service and hospitality reminiscent of our first experience. The crew's dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort was evident at every turn, from the impeccable dining experiences, facilities onboard and enjoyable excursions. A highlight of our journey was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Peter, our personal butler. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to making our time on board unforgettable truly set the tone for our entire experience. Peter went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for throughout our trip. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Nar. His genuine care for us added an extra layer of comfort and joy to our journey.

This is one of the best cruise we’ve been on. All of the staff are excellent. Our personal Butler Jay and our host Harry were very attentive to our needs during our entire stay. If you are looking for a romantic couples get away, I would recommend this cruise.
