Beautiful spacious room which looked out over the skyline. Exceptional breakfast staff were amazing especially Katie who always had a smile and a warm greeting. Reception team always had a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. The adult pool was lovely and a great place to spend the day relaxing on a comfy sun-lounger. Overall the Waldorf is a wonderful hotel offering exceptional service.

Perfect stay a bit far away from everything but perfect to relax. takes about 20 mins just to get outside of The Palm. Awesome SPA, staff and pool service.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, with a nice sea view. The bathroom was big and had two sinks, handy for when you and your partner are both getting ready. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were so helpful. Two large pools and private beach all available to use, one pool for children and one adults only. They provided cold waters free of charge, and the food at the pool was also excellent. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from classic breakfasts, Mediterranean, Asian, omelette station, and a great selection of pastries. Overall a wonderful stay in the Waldorf Astoria and would definitely return.

Upon arrival we noticed the carpets had not been vacuumed, both at the door and the carpet in the room as there was food and a clump of hair on the rug. The hotel rectified this and sent someone to vacuum the room. 4 hours later they offered to upgrade our room and give us a late checkout. We declined on the room upgrade because we had a baby and were settled in at this stage but the manager said he would speak with us upon check out. This never happened which was disappointing. Overall staff were lovely and polite. We had a delicious meal in the Italian restaurant and also had a great lunch in the pool restaurant. Breakfast was also 5*.

When I arrived, I thought I would have the best 2-day staycation, but I am so disappointed. While the receptionist, Ms. Indira, was very helpful when I reached, we were not happy with the stay after that. The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason."
