First off, when booking the listing it stated FREE BREAKFAST. Later found out you had to be a member of Hyatt Hotels to get that. They do NOT explain this at check-in. I found that while booking, it is only listed further down the room description if you click on “amenities” it states you can have breakfast “for a fee.” It lists $12 for adults and $8 for kids. The cost does NOT show up on the final receipt sent via email after check-out. The charges show up in your bank account. Only when calling to inquire of said charges, do they explain only Hyatt members get free breakfast! Secondly, the room they gave us had spackle patch-work in various areas and the toilet had very weak flusher- had to hold down the handle for a long time to get it to go down! The beds were lumpy and uneven. The room was warm even with thermostat set to 68! I don’t generally post these reviews, but what motivated me to do so was the deceitful practices of this chain. Thank heavens it was for only one night!

You can hear everything in this hotel! They gave us a connecting room and did not care about our noise complaint.

Stay was awsome! Didn't like the 8.00 fee for parking and the 11.00 dollar fee for breakfast. These are normally complimentary for these type of properties!!
