The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as well as the cleaning staff.
The location of the property is very good for visitors since almost everything you could want is within walking distance.
However, upon our arrival the room did not have bath towels. I asked twice for towels and we had to wait until the second day!!
Traveling as older adults we didn't have a stand to put our luggage on so we had to place the luggage on the floor.
There also wasn't a place to hang your clothes nor was there a dresser.
Staff friendly and nice and great location.

This is an overall nice hotel in a convenient location. Basic rooms, you have to give a deposit for blankets. Only 1 block from the beach and directly across from Coco Bongo. People are loud ALL NIGHT out on the street. I just put on white noise to sleep. Staff was very nice and they had private security at night

Arriving at the check-in of this hotel I could feel a strong stench of sewage from the lobby inside. Much worse, there is no elevator, and therefore the lobby is very dirty. Thinking times before booking will make your vacation a nightmare.
