“I’m starting a diary to document my horrible experience at the center hotel Sharjah. To start with, I would give this hotel zero stars. There isn’t a clean place to eat or get food in the area. The first thing that caught my attention was the dirty, old carpet in my room. On my first morning, I tried to make coffee, but the kettle wasn’t working. I spent about 30 minutes trying to use it before calling reception. Someone came to my room and discovered that the kettle had been placed incorrectly. He simply moved it to the proper base, which should have been set up correctly in the first place. The most serious issue was that I got locked inside the bathroom. After locking the door, I couldn’t get it open again. I struggled for almost an hour, not knowing what to do. There was a telephone in the bathroom, but it wasn’t connected to any phone line—it was just a device with no way to call for help. Thankfully, I eventually managed to open the door myself. The bathroom is in very poor condition. The shower is old and leaks badly, spraying water outside the shower area and soaking the bathroom floor. The sink is also faulty because the drain stopper is stuck, so the water doesn’t drain and just sits in the sink. There are many things in this hotel that are broken. I don’t feel safe using the elevator, so I’ve been taking the stairs instead. I’m staying on the seventh floor, and when I walk down, the stairwell is so dark between some floors that I have to use the flashlight on m

Everything , There's no parking available, and finding a spot is a hassle because the parking is elsewhere, and even that parking area is unregulated. The photos don't match the hotel at all; the furniture is old and worn, and the furnishings are outdated and unfit for living, even for an hour. It was a shock, and I left the place a day before my scheduled check-in.

When you buy cheap you get the lowest class of hotels. The hotel is decaying and has a sewage stench in all bathrooms. The general manager Jim is in denial however fixed the stench on the last 2 days of stay. The catering staff for breakfast are rude and have no manners. The room service Usman and Mohammed were the best help in the hotel. The receptionist Panchal, Hassan, Irfan were very polite and helpful. If the staff were not nice then I would have given one star. The staff work hard. The hotel needs renovation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are not clean.

House keeping was not up to the standard
