Extremely well located in the heart of the city. Main attractions close by at walking distance. Plenty of restaurant's bars nearby. Staff extremely friendly and always willing to help with a smile in their face.

The hotel’s location and facilities were excellent. Beautifully styled throughout including a fantastic spa. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and would like to mention Wadim and Assad on reception for their excellent recommendations and service

Super comfortable and clean rooms with many different amenities depending on your needs. The location is also very ideal and central to everything, everything was in walking distance. Would really recommend!

Hotel centrally located, rooms are clean. Staff are not amazing and do not go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The front desk gives you the runaround and does not help solve issues, rather tries to make excuses. Have stayed at other hotels in Reykjavik and would recommend looking at others in the area.
