Room was spacious and well represented in the photos. Great option of full complementary coffee menu (even the fancier lattes, iced coffees).
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Offered to help with local suggestions and offered to resolve a guided tour mix-up.
15 mins grab ride to Old Town, Chiang Mai.
The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas and room service was just as well.
If we were considering longer stay we would extend our time at De Manor Hotel.

This hotel was great! The staff were so friendly and kind. Min at reception and Tom the cleaning lady were so kind to us. We truly appreciated them. When we come back to Thailand we will definitely stay at this hotel again because of their hospitality.

Genial The hotel is nice with some great rooms. However we had some issues with the patio door not locking which meant we had to move rooms for one night. They did fix it so that we could move into our original room the next day. The AC was also a problem as you couldn’t turn it below 22 C and for such a warm place that was an issue. Overall the staff are very nice despite the language barrier and we did feel safe. Loved the unlimited complimentary specialty coffee/tea from 10-6 each day.
