Room was nice! Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately didn't have time to use the pool / leisure facilities. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

Bar staff could do with a lot of training. Took too long for them to pour Pint's due to them always having too much head. Couldn't find the wine in the fridge and took 40 minutes to make hot chocolate. Parking arrangements could be better advertised.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bar and food service (until 10 pm) on site was nice. Breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Enjoyed the pool. Staff very friendly.

Hotel was fine and staff where ok. Beds where was tad on hard side. Was not really in it long enough to comment on staff fully. But they seemed competent.
