I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise.
They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard.
The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool.
Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy.

The room is very old, dilapidated and smelly. The toilet bowl is too close to the wall and can’t sit properly.
