Enjoyed our quick stopover, we stayed to be close to Gare du Nord. Lovely details with modern renovated rooms. A lift for suitcases! Big tick for me !! Plenty of dining options close by. Room size was small but we managed. Would recommend 👌

On arrival the lights in my room didn’t work, never received the free bottle of wine, no restaurant, no coffee facilities in the room, AC didn’t work nor did the fridge, breakfast was basic.

First off, STAFF WAS AMAZING! We arrived early and KAMEL, another gentleman, and Rose took extra care of us. Above and beyond. It felt as if we were in their home. Hotel is super nice. Room was great. Area was great. I would most definitely go back because of how well we were treated by the staff. Thank you!!
