Clean rooms and accomodating staff. Although really noisy on weekends due to the nightclubs. Plus the AC sometimes doesnt work.

Per sota de la mitjana A great hotel ruined by noisy nightclub neighbors blasting dance music until 3am Thurs/Friday thru Sunday and air conditioning that barely worked. Otherwise the rooms are really big, clean, and a great staff made me really want to love this hotel but I need sleep #1 from a hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. Easy to walk to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is outstanding -- very friendly, helpful and available. However, the rooms have too little storage (drawers/closet) and the bathroom lighting was not sufficient. Additionally, the elevators stop at half floors -- and first start nearly one full flight of stairs from street level -- so this is not convenient if you have multiple pieces of luggage (i.e., if you are embarking on a cruise or are on an extended holiday). Bottom line -- the quality of the staff made up for any inconveniences. They truly are exceptional.

The room we had was very clean, modern and roomy!
The beds were very comfortable with wonderfully soft pillows. Great shower and well equipped with many toiletries. These were filled up daily.
We had a kitchenette that came in handy for making midday tea, and also for refrigerating leftovers.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Don't be put off by the area (there is a lot of graffitti) There is a lot of people gathering during the day and night at the local eateries. It is safe to walk around;we never felt uncomfortable. All in all a great stay.

Fantàstic We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Staff were helpful and courteous. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Only wished that the sofa bed was able to fold up during daytime. The area had a lot of dining options within walking distance and the best coffee cafe around the corner. Fantastic stay!!

A perfect location! Across the street from several restaurants and a short walk to dozens more. We only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the spacious living room, but the city called! Plenty of hot water for showers, a comfortable bed, and excellent a/c plus soundproofing made for several great nights’ sleep. The desk staff were amazing and accommodating, and we would definitely book again.
