Easy check in and out. Good location. However, on Room 2211 electrical outlets are Korea-exclusive. You cannot charge your phone/charger using the "normal" cords/hardware. Aircon is programmed to turn off every one hour. Bummer!

It's a very good hotel in terms of cost-effectiveness. The staff doesn't have the opportunity to meet, so we can't evaluate it. However, it wasn't inconvenient because we could receive kind guidance through pre-mail and text messages.

Per a negocis

it is small but cozy. 체크인하는게 불편합니다. 다른호델보다 더 복잡해요.그래도 룸은 편의 시설이 잘되 있어요. 약간은 고쳐야하지만요.

It was new to us to have no front desk but only a kiosk. It worked well once we figured it out.

Perfect for short stays. Easy to check in and out. The room was very small but had everything one or 2 people may need. Thin glass door however because I could still hear the cars driving by from the 19th floor.
