Fantàstic One of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. It's conveniently located not too far from the airport, though it's a bit of a drive to Bangla Road and the island tour boat piers. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We even had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who was welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience. Looking back, I only wish we had planned to stay longer so we could have enjoyed everything this resort has to offer. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. This property is nowhere near the standard I expect from the Holiday Inn brand.
The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation. Our room had broken tiles and obvious wear and tear. We were given a room in a rear block that felt isolated and unwelcoming, with a gloomy back entrance and corridors full of insects at night. To make matters worse, there was a terrible smell outside our room on the first day.
Holiday Inn should seriously audit this property because it is damaging the brand's reputation. This has been the worst Holiday Inn experience I've ever had.
Rating: 1/10. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Even i tried to reach expedia, but there was no action taken , also i wont use expedia in further for any booking.

The property is clean, quite and at the walking distance to surien beach.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend for the families travelling with young kids.

The shower was not great. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper and soap refills. The house cleaning was never consistent; one day it was early morning, then the next it was after 18:00.
The breakfast was sub-par. They should have more breakfast time items, rather than heavy dinner items on the menu.

I stayed 3 nights in hotel with my 3 children.
Staff was really friendly and helpful.
We had a cockroach problem in the first evening, and luckily we had chance to change the room.
Rooms were big and ok, little bit aged already. And the smell in the rooms were like cellar smell.
Breakfast was super good, many options for everyone. I liked the most fresh fruits and especially those omelets and fried eggs, whitch were made on front of me. Tasted so good!
Swimming area was also nice, and not so crowded.
We had nice stay!
