So we booked this with the look of the photographs that are illsutrated on the booking site however this is NOT what we booked we arrived to a lower ground room which had dirty walls a fire door blocked by a wardrobe and tiles loose on the enterance to the shower ( serious hazard ) the room was most definitely not pictured on the website or booking page ! This was my first time using hotels.com and I am put off booking again due to the significant Lack of proper photos of room . The walls were stained with what looked like a previous upper floor leak . This room was a serious fire hazards as the fire exit was blocked and the next one was the floor above the windows was absolutely filthy with dust cobwebs and whatever else was living there since whenever ….. I don’t normally give such negative feedback but for £168 for 1 night I expect to see what I am actually booking from the photographs I see on a site advertising not some slump of a room ! Advise against this place ..

Bathroom had some mold. Our neighbors experienced bed bugs. Breakfast was unappealing.

We were upgraded for free. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Too hot and no elevator. Very good breakfast. It’s clean. Staff helpful.

We spent one day at the hotel. The location is good but we had bed bugs in our room. Also, the TV cable was not well connected. The room ventilation is horrible in case you close the outside Windows. It was not a good experience. Do not recommend for families or long stay.

Pas d'air climatisé et le chauffage en tout temps même quand on demande de le fermer il repart la prochaine journée même a 20 degré.

My three grown daughters and I stayed here 3 nights during a trip to London. Affordability and safety were the two most important goals for us, and this checked both boxes. We booked a quad room on the second floor, which had 3 beds, a small en-suite bathroom, a refrigerator, small closet, a large television, and a fan. As far as location, we were a 5 minute walk from the Goodge Street tube station and 10 minutes to Tottenham Court Road Station. There is a neat little restaurant / pub just a couple blocks away that we enjoyed visiting as well. We felt safe staying here, and our room was comfortable enough for sleeping and getting ready for our day.

The breakfast in this hotel is OK. However, the housekeeper service is terrible that did not clean the room and did not replace the bath towers.

Staff were very helpful. Location is great.
