Nice location, very close to train station & grocery store . Spacious apartment .Nice to have Coffee, Cappuccino etc in Lobby. Washer & Dryer unit helpful. I’m told it’s no more Plus, even though name has plus . Probably charged for Plus. TV didn’t work. Every time we used toaster , light went out. We didn’t realize what was the problem initially. Then contacted front desk , they removed toaster. Didn’t replace. That was inconvenient . Kitchen vent didn’t work . Shower water pooling on to the floor outside of shower. Staff was generally good & pleasant. Replacing dirty cups & clean the coffee area wasn’t always done in a timely fashion.

Convenient location for train, tram, and business district. Limited amenities as this seems like a longer stay lodging facility. But it does have a kitchenette, washer and dryer for laundry. Make sure they don't give you the an accessible room unless you ask for it. I didn't like the shower.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment during our stay. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we need. The lobby is beautiful and spotless clean. The view from the room is also very nice, allowing us to see quite a distance. The location is also very good for transportation to the center or to other cities. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. One drawback for us is there is no door to the bedroom. I have to do late night calls to the US while my husband is asleep, which affected his sleep. This will not be an issue for others. Also, the “air conditioning”will not go below 21 degrees Celsius. (We were there on some of the unusually hot days.) We were told the system is not air conditioning, rather some sort of climate control system. Anyway, we were comfortable on most nights but felt hot while sleeping on a few nights. Overall. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Checkin was OK, nothing excellent. When I got to the room the WIFI didn't work and I needed to several meetings. When I spoke with the reception they would reset the network, but after 40 minutes and two missed meetings I gave up and asked to switch room. They said I couldn't becaus ethey didn't have any rooms. Then they had a room, but if I had used the room I inititaly got, then it wasn't possible. I had not used the bed, bathroom or kitchen, so I finally argued my way into a new room. The room was supposedly the same, but it was smaller. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty, with a dirty toilet, surfaces hadn't been cleaned, I wiped away stains from the mirror, wipes box, and walls. (Took video and pictures of this) TV in the bedroom section didn't work and didn't get any help from the reception. All in all, the price I paid was way to high compared to the quality

Amazing stay with all the kitchen amenities, made it easy travel with a kid. Train right in front of the hotel, easy trip to downtown.

One bedroom- bath is next to bedroom- has a glass door. When the bathroom light is on the bedroom is lit up. Views not so great. Staff is very nice. Had to ask for a cleaning and towels and toilet paper and tissues and soap. The room was not well stocked when we arrived. But the staff was very nice.

The room was great—nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Only issue was the shower drain; even though the filter was clean, water kept spilling out, so something’s probably up with the drainage. Other than that, everything was really good. Transport was super convenient too, easy to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again .
