Motel 6 – Lakewood, CO

I order a deluxe room I go in there first thing I see is there's no towels there's no remote to the TV the phone in there does not work at all and the hair dryers broken so then I go down to the staff downstairs to get a different room or whatever they want to do they put me in a different room that doesn't have a microwave or fridge which was the reason why I ordered the deluxe so then I go down there and mention that to him so he trust me right back in the first room gives me some towels and gives me a remote I guess that solved half the problem place Still sucked

We stay here every year when we go to red rocks but this was the last time. We know it's not the greatest place and it's in a bad area but it's never been as bad as it was this time.I paid extra for an "upgraded" room....well what we were given was a top floor room at the very end of the hotel closest to the busy road and the stairs that lead straight up to it were roped off with caution tape making it quite a journey to even get to it, but that was nothing compared to what we encountered upon entering it....the shower head was leaking so bad that the water was flooding all over the floor. We immediately told the guy at the front desk to which he replied "that's the only upgraded room we have", no apologies or urgency to get it taken care of. He ended up giving us a room that was FILTHY and still had a fresh inprint from someone laying on the bed.I would've left right then and gone somewhere else but it was too late and we had to get to the concert. Even for as little time as we spent in the room we WAY overpaid. When we came back later there was even a group of homeless people doing drugs in the corner of the parking lot. The pool was nasty looking and all the trash cans were overfowing the entire time. We will never ever stay here again. Do not waste your money no matter how cheap it is.

Nothing good to say! The property and the room were the worst I have ever experienced. Hard to understand how Expedia would have this property on your app!

Room was missing lamp shades, fan cover, toilet paper holder, and we were provided 1 towel… that I could see dark stands of hair on before I even touched it. The “pool” was broken all four days, and was the primary reason we chose this motel. Staff was uncaring and unhelpful and said they couldn’t do anything since it was booked through a third party.

The room had black smudge marks all over the floor, and many surfaces. The outdoor stairwell near my room had a heavy scent of stale urine, and there was garbage strewn everywhere while there were multiple garbage cans available. I did ask for some towels, and was told housekeeping would deliver them to my room, they didn’t. This property is cheap, and it shows.

Room smelled like smoke, had multiple stains in the shower, bugs on ceiling, non working outlets, holes in /stained sheets, no towels in room… list could go on. Did not stay, left immediately.

The room was terrible! It was dirty l-it was non smoking but smelled like an ashtray, so bad my husband had an asthma attack as soon as we left. Only had 1 towel no wash cloths. No comforter or blanket. Only sheets. A missing lamp shade. Over all terrible. My recommendation is not to stay here. Find another hotel!

Motel was terribly maintained, Bed was broken, bathroom vent was missing, headboard had a cigarette burn on it and smelled like dog had had a party in there. Holes in the walls Street walkers frequent this establishment as well
