Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Great location, right in the centre of Gunwarf Quays. The hotel also offers extra discounts to shops and restaurants for guests. Parking was in the main carpark for Gunwarf, and if you validate at the hotel you get the first 24hrs for free and every day after for £2 (usually £28 for 24hrs) Biggest highlight was Wayne on the bar, made us so welcome, gave good recommendations and made us a laugh.

The Air Con in the whole hotel is not working and on a hot day it is very difficult to get a proper nights rest. The south facing rooms are stiflingly hot. I learnt that the Air Con has been out of action for over a year. This issue should be made known at the time of reservation and not on arrival.
