Va ser una experiència absolutament fantàstica, al meu fill li va encantar, i a mi també! Una oportunitat única per veure de prop una tradició japonesa. Va ser fàcil trobar-nos amb el nostre guia, en Taka, al punt de trobada, parlava un anglès perfecte i ens va donar tota la informació sobre el Sumo i la seva història. Vam gaudir veient els lluitadors de Sumo practicar, i ens va encantar fer-nos una foto amb ells al final. Tots van ser amables i va ser una experiència única. Gràcies, Taka!

Gaudireu d'aquest tour si us interessa entendre la cultura del sumo al Japó i aprendre com s'entrenen els lluitadors cada dia. A la sessió a la qual vaig assistir, vaig poder veure l'entrenament matinal tant dels lluitadors de sumo júnior com dels sèniors, la qual cosa és una experiència molt autèntica i interessant. El guia també ens va explicar alguns fets interessants sobre el sumo després de veure l'entrenament. Recomanaria aquest viatge a aquells que vulguin aprendre sobre aquesta cultura japonesa única.

really enjoyed it as the wrestlers were really training and we got a front row seat to see all the actions! The guide was informative and you can tell that he knew what he was talking about.

group size: small group - we only had 5 people total in our group, the sumo stable was intimate and you get to see them up close and personal. highly recommended - can’t post photos in this review as it is a rule from the tour guide. Exactly what we wanted to experience.

It was the perfect experience to end my Toyko trip. Our guide was friendly, personable and knowledgeble. She shared the history of sumo, and some other basics with us including proper etiquette while in the sumo house. I enjoyed being able to ask her other questions about sumo as we walked to the sumo house. Being able to watch the sumo practice felt really special and unique as we got an inside glimpse into their daily life. Our group had 9 people and when we arrived at the sumo house we were the only group there so we had alot of space to sit comfortably. When you arrive you immediately feel a sense of respect for what is going on, so it's important to show respect, sit quietly and follow proper etiquette. I would highly recommend this tour with our specific guide as she was great! I hope to do this type of tour again the next time I visit Japan.

Awesome experience. However, need to be aware of where the guide is located. He will be holding a sign called Magical Trip. Look for that. Also, recommended to take this experience since it’s only 2 hours. The other one is 3 hours. After a while, some people will get bored especially kids.

Marie was very pationate about everything and Sumos had no secrets for her ! Highly recommend this authentic morning practice as well as the guide !
