Highly recommended for everyone. The whole flight was fun and scenery is amazing from beginning to end. Shout out to the Captain Nigel for buttery smooth ride, you are amazing pilot. Also, the whole crew of The Helicopter Line for awesome service. I will be back.

这是非常刺激的一次飞行体验，由于个人原因不能徒步临时决定搭乘直升机🚁看雪山，结果如预期的一样，风景没到令人窒息。工作人员非常有礼貌，有问必答。下机后回到休息室发现近视眼镜落在直升飞机上，于是跟工作人员说了，他们直接跑回去帮我找到，感谢🙏

Staff were friendly and approachable. Awesome experience that is family friendly. Definitely worth to revisit again!

Due to bad weather my 55min helicopter trip got cancelled, instead went in the 40min one. Nice experience, would recommend it to everyone.

this ride was worth every penny. booked the alpine ride and for snow landing since we were traveling in winter. max is 6 in a heli, so we ended up booking 2 sessions since we are a group of 8.

Unfortunately due to bad weather, our 55mins package was rescheduled twice and later downgraded to 20mins ride. Received the partial refund due to the downgraded package within 1 week after raising a case with Klook.

我們4/20進行飛行，直升機公司說明在這個季節20分鐘的飛行看不到雪山，因此我們加價更改為40分鐘的飛行，飛行體驗很棒，景色優美，嬰兒也有完善的安全措施，雪地降落後，機長還會幫忙拍照，留下全家美好的回憶。

很喜歡本次的體驗也很幸運的在體驗當天遇到大晴天 不過夏天參加20分鐘團他的冰川體驗不會飛到真的冰上 只會在旁邊有冰塊 不過也是非常新奇好玩 若是想參加有冰川的體驗要參加更長時間的因為距離比較遠～但對於初次體驗的我們來說 25分鐘已是非常足夠也新奇來

Great and beautiful experience. We booked at 1600 flight but they gave us at 1200 because we came early. We thought it was a good deal so we accepted it. The staff there are all friendly. Unfortunately for our flight we didn't get to land on mountain top snow because it was too cloudy. We felt a bit disappointed because we wanted to feel and take pictures on mountain top. The staff was kind enough to apologised and refunded us NZ$38 per person but still we miss the experience land on the mountain top.
