Excursió d'un dia a Casablanca des de Marràqueix

Amazing trip, the mosque was so beautiful. Guide and driver where great too. Enough stops to go loo when needed. Trip could skip the market visit at the end and still be amazing, as the trip is a long day.

This whole tour is a pretty big scam. Not just this, but I am assuming all tour for a day trip to Casablanca. But this tour i particular. First the iteniraty is completely false and the tour guides will do on the day what they want. I booked it as it said its from 9 to drop off at hotel at 5pm. I was told the before I have to be ready and outside my hotel at 7am and did not reach back home till 8pm. The whole tour is based aroud the Hassan ii mosque only, and they know that but write up some fancy description about the "other amazing sites" you'd want to see so thet can budle it into a day trip and charge you more. The first two places we went to were the church and then the square. At each place, we were told we could spend about 10 minutes, and even that felt too long! But that shows you that even the guides know this is not worth seeing, but they have to make up a whole day somehow.. Then you are taken the mosque. This is the only mosque I have been to in my life, having visited almost all the great and touristy mosques of the world, that charges people to enter. It is a key Islamic priniciple that you CAN NOT turn a place of workship into a place of business. Here, they have turned the mosque into nothing. but business. You have to pay an extertionate fee to enter the complex, after which you are guided around uselessly by a guide for about 15 minutes before he starts begging for tips. Mecca, Medinah, Al Aqsa, the great mosques of Turkey and UAE, all allow free entry for people who want to pray and tourists. This was just outright unislamic and simply cheap and greedy. A true shame on Morocco, the Moroccans, and their king. After this you are driven to a Italian estaurant where you are basically forced to enter by the guides, who give you no other option to eat or even discuss it. Clearly they are paid by the owner of the restaurant to bring the tour busses to them for a comission. They know you dont know any better and most likely wont go wonderig away from the group, so basically have no choise but to eat there. Inside, for sub-par italian food in the smallest portion sizes you can imagine, they are charging prices that are on the same level as restaurants in central London, Dubai and New York...When one family decided they werent going to be scammed and walked out of this expensive restaurant to eat down the road from another shop for 1/20th of the price, on their return, the guide started a arguement with them in front of everyone. Clearly his comission mustbe been affected. Out of the whole day-trip, the single place we spent the most time, was the restaurant. close to 1 and a half hours we sat there, eventhough everyone had eaten and was done within 30 minutes. They tour company was clearly getting paid to keep us there for as long as possible without telling us when we are moving on, so that we might get hungry again and order more food or have the most expensive desserts/coffees of our lives. Eventually, the horrid day was over and we made our way back and reach back home ay 8pm. Spoiling all our plans for the evening. A few on the tour group booked their tickets with Klook and some with GetYourGuide. As we were all disatisfied with the day we had experienced and how it varied from what was advertised, we all complained to the booking agencies. The guys who booked with GetYourGuide, were immediately refunded and were told the tour company would be questioned. On the other hand, I raised the same complain with Klook and was met with no resolve whatsoever. After having to explain to the customer service person what had happened, he was dead-stuck on me having to provide proof of what I was saying..How do you provide proof of a waste of time?! of now sticking to the advertiserd itenirary? of being scammed in a restautant? Is the expextation that we walk around with a recording device for the entire duration of the day in case we have to submit the video proof?! Again, I would say, the only thing that would have been worth seeing is Casablanca, would be the mosque, but I would not reccomend anyone to go there as its just one cheap scam. So these tours are bascially useless and will ruin your whole day. If you still want to go, book it using GetYourGuide and DO NOT book using Klook, because in case of anything happening, you can not count on them to support you or resolve anything and will just waste your time.

it was an amazing experience! the guides were very supportive and took generous efforts to meet needs of everyone! they showed us more places than advertised in the itinerary of the tour and were gracious to explain about culture of berbers and their families. overall would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore Casablanca in a day !

exceptional tour guide Said and our driver was also excellent This tour is must on you itinerary even in the rain ,my only big complaint was the cafe for lunch. The food was very over priced and not very good.

Bard and Anas were nice and great. Overall, this is a nice trip but the itinerary can be improved. Spent too much time to eat

가이드님께서 친절하세요 매너있게 해주셨어요 하지만 점심식사 장소를 쇼핑몰에 해주셨으면 좋았을거 같아요 가격은 비싸고 카사블랑카스럽지는 않았어요 평범한 점심이었어요 그리고 카사블랑카 해변에 내려주셔야하는데 쇼핑몰에 냐려주셔서 불편했어요. 이동차량도 좋고. 같이 가신분들도 좋았어요 멋진 휴게소에서 모로코의 좋은 뷰를 감상할수 있어서 좋았어요 마지막까지 최선을 다해주신 가이드님께 감사해요
