Recomano molt el servei Fast Track de l'aeroport internacional de Da Nang! Com que vaig reservar el Fast Track Estàndard per a una sortida internacional, tot el procés va ser increïblement fluid, sense estrès i eficient. L'opció de recollida a l'hotel va fer que arribar a l'aeroport fos molt fàcil, i el fet de passar ràpidament pel procés de sortida va estalviar molt de temps. El personal va ser professional i servicial en tot moment. Val la pena si voleu una experiència a l'aeroport sense complicacions!

will contact you a day before to confirm the flight and time. the person in charge waiting at the arrival stairs with the name card and will bring you to a lane which is just for us. will I do it again ? maybe not as it seem like the queue for the immigration seem like quite fast only if you super rush in time or something if not just stick to the normal lane. still give it 5 stars for the swift service.

Greatest example of time is money. About 48 hours prior to my arrival, I was contacted and confirmed my arrival details. I landed with my two sisters at 9:45 p.m. and the first guy was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator with a Klook sign, hard to miss him. He Whatsapp messaged me a few minutes before and we had a brief video call so he recognized me as I was coming down. He escorted us to a separate immigration line and our immigration process was about 5 minutes instead of what I assume would be 1-2 hours in the normal line. That alone was the biggest bang for my buck. The organizer of this process (same guy who messaged me 2 days prior) sent me a picture of my driver so it was easy to find him. The driver was a super polite guy and got us to our hotel. He didn't speak much English but Google translate made us understand each other pretty well. If/when I come back to Vietnam, I'm definitely using this again.

My flight was 5J5758 which arrived at 7:00AM Vietnam time. There wasn't much crowd so the immigration and everything else went smoothly. Honestly, arriving to DAD at that early hour and booking this was really unnecessary although, I was still given priority by the immigration. I was just worried that the immigration line would be too long that it will delay my planned itinerary. This is a good service y'all may want to avail especially if you'll arrive midday which I assume would be the busiest time for the airport.
