It is easy to use even when traveling between countries. I visited Singapore and Indonesia, but in certain highland areas of Indonesia, the WiFi completely went off

everything went smoothly. I just show my voucher at the counter and took the SIM. It's located at the arrival hall so it was easy to find. The data worked smoothly in KL, just attach the SIM into the phone and it was automatically connected

SIM card pickup area at Tan Son Nhat Airport is easily accessible. When I inserted the SIM card and used it, I forgot to turn on data roaming. I contacted the support team and was assisted by a helpful consultant

easy to use and data is faster especially in Singapore but in Indonesia some places in remote area the data sometimes lost. Generally it's good even at the seafront SG to Batam😊. But, we have experienced in SGN airport that we wasted too much time to locate the booth for pickup because the personnel denied the first time and not checking it first. However, he asked sorry for his mistake.
