We had an unforgettable day on the Chichen Itza, Ek Balam & Cenote Tour! Our guide, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging throughout the entire journey. He brought the history of the Mayan civilization to life with detailed explanations and fun facts that made each site even more fascinating. Kevin was also incredibly helpful, always checking in with everyone to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. A big shoutout to Santos, our driver, who got us everywhere safely and smoothly. He was friendly, punctual, and we really appreciated how carefully he navigated the roads—especially on such a full itinerary. From the breathtaking ruins of Chichen Itza and Ek Balam to the refreshing swim in the cenote, every part of the day was well-organized and memorable. Highly recommend this tour—and if you can, ask for Kevin and Santos!

This was an amazing adventure. It educated me on the area, the history and how the locals of the area live today. Transportation was great with convenient pick and drop off from Amigo Tours with Juan and Kevin. This was my first trip to Cancun, Mexico. It was a last minute Summer trip and have always wanted to visit. I had lots of questions and so much to learn. I was in a group of about 6 or 7. Kevin, our guide, covered so much information and made sure the group understood everything. I will continue using both Klook and Amigo Tours and recommend them to my travel clients in the future.

everything was well organized. Frank is a super well knowledgeable tour guide who gave us very interesting and informative knowledge about the Maya. Jose is also a very polite and kind driver who drive safely and smoothly. the trip sequence is well planned to avoid the crowd.

1日で主要観光地を回れるのと、ツアーガイドさんが親切かつ丁寧な案内をしてくれるのが良かった。 一方で、集合時間から1時間遅延し、解散時間も4時間遅延しスケジュール通りではなかった。 料金のコスパ良いが、必要な追加料金がそこそこかかった。

Excellent service from start to finish. Our tour guide Pastor and driver Salvador made the whole trip enjoyable and stress-free.

ツアーそのものは、貴重な体験なのでおすすめ出来ます。しかし、追加で色々と費用が必要です。また、最後にセノーテなので水がかなり濁っている状態なので、綺麗なものを想定していると残念な結果になると思います。

**TOTAL SCAM — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY** I’ve used Klook multiple times and it has been excellent every time. This trip was the exception. To be fair, they took us to the advertised locations, but **everything became an upsell**. We paid $135 upfront, which is already expensive. Once there, we were hit with additional fees: $38 archaeology fee (obscurely mentioned but somewhat fair), $9 life jacket fee, and an outrageous **$58 lunch at the cenote**. We were also taken to multiple vendors for sales pitches, making the tour feel more like a shopping trip than an excursion. The worst part: they told us they would pick us up at our hotel. We emailed to confirm but received no response, forcing us to arrange transportation ourselves and costing an additional **$60**. I’ve had great experiences with Klook before, but this tour was completely different. **F — avoid this tour and save your money.**

經Klook預訂任何Ameigo Tour 提供的行程，請三思，小心換黎一肚氣！Aemigo Tour 只提供小範圍的Hotel Pickup 服務，如你一心選擇Hotel Pickup Package，即使Tour Confirm左，只要他們聲稱未能提供服務既地區，Ameigo 只會隨便send個唔理你收唔收到既email (當然我收唔倒)，係不會尋求得到你同意，也不會退回差額，我個人覺得同呃錢冇分別。另外，出發前他們不會發信息跟你再三確認行程及Pickup 資訊，到出發日，Ameigo Tour係冇辦法聯絡得上，Klook 熱線都話搵唔倒人，我當日Klook 搵左1個鐘都搵唔倒人，最後，只可以叫我唔洗等，之後攪退款。到你攪退款，Klook話Ameigo 話因為No Show，冇得退，而Klook喺整個過程，只係做傳話，參與度係零，最後僵持不下，求其比D Klook Cash打發我，我真金白比錢架。(重點係Klook對於Provider 既所有處理手法係默許，亦都唔會監管，Klook視個客既權益如無物，他們對Service Partner的質素完全零把關，即使知道個Provider有問題，亦都唔會做任何野，對消費者完全零保障！) 最後，奉勸各位經Klook訂團之前三思，冇問題係你好彩遇到個好既Provider，有起事上黎Klook係幫你唔倒！錢事小，咁遠去個旅行，得幾日，安排好既野梗係想無憂咁去，一個信得過既Agent Platform 好重要！
