As a first time user of Klook, I tried booking my bus ticket through this platform and it was incredibly easy and hassle free. The travel is so smooth and the drivers were friendly. But, I was expecting wifi and TV because it was in the inclusions but there are none and also you cannot choose your seat number here so it's kind of dissappointing! Though the overall experience was good.

If you are planning to go to Naga, I highly suggest taking the night schedule. Our trip back to PITX is smoother and much better. We left at 8:30PM and arrived around 6:30AM. The seats are way better too. Had a pretty good sleep too.
although we had a long travel time due to ongoing road widening and deep construction, the overall experience was still smooth. The bus arrived late, but the drivers were polite and friendly. I appreciated the stopover, which were thoughtfully planned for our convenience and safety. it’s reassuring to know that the drivers take shift and ensure they are well-rested, which shows their commitment to passenger safety.
